Hyuro’s social justice issue is war children.

Hyuro is known for intimate and personal work, painted on walls around the world, they offer a distinct narrative of what surrounds us. Born in Buenos Aires but currently living out of Valencia, the idea of “woman” plays an important role in her work.

For Hyuro, issues arise naturally. Some of them are born from personal conflicts, while others come from realities that she experiences as an observer, generating a need to talk about them and participate from a personal perception. She used to paint on canvas, which was slowly becoming more focused towards social issues, before being introduced to the street art world. That turned out to be the ideal place to continue her project.
